"What even is this?" you're asking yourself. Good question.

Before I answer that, let me ask you this:

How do you create content now?

Probably you decide "We need a [type of content] about [topic]."

Like "We need a blog about puppies" or "We need a whitepaper about calculating the ROI of time studies." 🤷

And then you start making the content. But that's the wrong way.

So…to answer your question:

What is WHOA?

WHOA is an acronym that describes what you need to know before creating a piece of atomic content:

• W - Who is this for?
• H - How does it fit into their journey?
• O - What Outcome are they desperate to achieve?
• A - How should their Affinity change?

This is a template (with instructions) that we use in the Who First Framework to plan out a specific piece of atomic content before rushing off to creating something without thinking.
